Aquamare Beach Hotel & Spa

We spent a wonderful week at the Aquamare in June last year. It was perfect. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food, oh my goodness. The breakfast choice was amazing, and you could tell it was all high quality and fresh. The outside restaurant/bar was my favourite place. I could go on forever as it was just simply perfect. We’re going back to Cyprus in August this year with friends but staying further up by the Tomb of the Kings, but will 100% be making a trip back there one evening for dinner! Could not recommend highly enough!

We spent one week at this hotel, and we had an exceptional time! The building is modern, clean, the staff is kind, helpful. The sea is really close to the pool area where you can rest on comfortable beds, enjoying cocktails and some beach food. Nearby there are many great restaurants, the harbour area is magnificent. Bus 611 takes you everywhere.

Nice hotel location. The lobby looks nice, but everything else needs major renovation. Unfortunately, it seems more like a 3-star than a 4-star hotel. The halls have a strange smell, and the hotel interior and rooms look dated. Some signs are missing (as shown in the photo). The hall music is loud and audible in the rooms. Breakfast is overcrowded—there is a small amount of cooking staff. There are long lines for fried eggs; guests shouldn't have to wait for one cook who is doing multiple tasks. There was a lack of coffee cups at one point. The hotel offers a variety of food. The gym is spacious but has many unusual rules I've never encountered. The gym has broken dumbbell shelves, rusty dumbbells, and doesn't match the photos. The overnight price is too high; for that price.
