From check-in to check-out, my family always received warm and enthusiastic support from the staff. The resort is still new, and although some areas are not yet fully completed, it offers all the necessary amenities for a great family vacation. The rooms are spacious, beautiful, and airy, with a peaceful atmosphere, plenty of green spaces, and various recreational activities. We had a wonderful time cycling together, playing table tennis, swimming, and taking photos. Especially, the beach was very clean and beautiful, with fine sand, allowing us to comfortably run and walk barefoot along the shore. The food was delicious, diverse, and catered well to both Asian and European tastes. My family had a wonderful vacation and will definitely come back soon!

This hotel did not meet our expectations for an “all-inclusive” at all. The biggest disappointment was the lack of food options outside the main restaurant. At the pools, there is no food service whatsoever – only a few drink stands. For a resort claiming to be all-inclusive, this is very disappointing and not what we paid for. The pools themselves are fine, but the one by the beach is extremely hot – more like a hot tub than a refreshing swim. The other pool is better for children, with smaller slides that seem safe. However, the bigger slides felt unsafe and poorly maintained. At 100 kg, I genuinely felt like I could be thrown off at any moment, and the ride was rough and bumpy. The structure did not inspire confidence. Adults, beware – I will not be trying them again. They also hold a daily foam party, but I have serious concerns about the quality of the foam and whether it’s suitable for children. The food selection is heavily Asian-focused. While there are a few European dishes, the choice is extremely limited – basically just fries. For an all-inclusive, I expected much more variety and quality. The rooms are cozy, the air conditioning works well, and the water pressure is good. However, the Wi-Fi is often slow and unreliable, which can be frustrating. This hotel is also not suitable for guests with mobility issues, as there are many steps, especially around the pool area. Another frustration is the lifts – there are often long queues, and you can end up waiting a long time just to get to your room. Evening entertainment is decent, but the volume is far too loud, making it uncomfortable for families unless you bring ear protection for your children. The staff are friendly and do their best, but unfortunately, service and kindness cannot make up for the major shortcomings. Overall, if you expect a genuine all-inclusive experience with plenty of variety, service, and comfort – this is not the place.

Bad resort ever. Customers are so rude, impolite. Staffs are too young, nice but not solve problems. Policies are not strict to customers that not wear swimsuit to the pool. Many customers worn underwears, jeans, shorts, polo, long dress played KIDS water park. Moreover, at the kids area, adults smoked even I asked the staffs to mentioned them. The staffs do nothing. Bad experiment. Never back.
