Great place for family stay. The hotel is great. We enjoyed the beach (5 minutes from the hotel) a lot as well. The beach stay is weather dependent.
Clean resort, polite service, good food and drinks. Had all inclusive option and can’t complain. The only one thing which I would say is negative is that no one from hotel service doing anything about people whom coming early in the morning by the pool, leaving their towels on the chairs and coming back after couple of hours later, where people who physically coming to get seats can’t get them because they all reserved. It’s really not fair.
Quality of service is bad, its not really all inclusive as you have to pay for everything anyway, the owner/boss idk screams at his employees and threatens them saying he won't pay them. Rooms are very small and of bad quality, people at reception are purposefully hiding the fact that they do not offer stuff that you think they offer... overall, bad quality and expensive you should find another place to stay in
