Aquarius Kawana

We stayed here just over a week ago. Great room and awesome location. Unfortunately our room was not ready when we arrived for our 2pm check-in. We had to wait another 37 minutes but it was worth the wait. We will come back again.

We stayed here for a night during our road trip stopover from QLD to Melbourne. The room was nice. It was clean tidy with a comfortable bed and clean beddings, good hot water and room heating etc. Gated secure undercover parking was provided/included. This is a high rise apartment facility and the elevators were pretty fast moving. The reception staff lady who checked us in was nice and courteous. Negatives: 1) Unfortunately, there wasn't any sofas or furnitures for seating except for one cafe chair in our room! 2) Restaurants, convenience stores, service stations, etc are a bit of a drive. But overall, it's a nice place to stay in Sunshine Coast.

Had a pleasant stay at Aquarius Kawana. The lovely person on reception made check-in easy and welcoming. Our room had a nice view over the lake—even from the first floor—which was a bonus. It’s a great location if you’re heading to a football game at the stadium or visiting loved ones at the nearby hospital. The only downside was the lack of convenient options nearby to grab grocery essentials. And if I could suggest one improvement—it’d be great to have a manual coffee press in the room! Overall, a solid stay in a very handy spot.
