All excellent except they don't make available features like jacuzzi and jets in their excellent spa pool

Great value for the price. Includes unlimited access to the nearby thermal bath. Breakfast is served on the premises, dinner in a nearby hotel. Quiet, clean and enjoyable. Has a nice pool in the garden. Staff are very friendly and professional. Extra thanks to Attila who helped my girlfriend relocate a bag she had forgotten in the hotel where dinner is served! Upon checkout, the receptionist ordered a taxi for us, which could be paid with card. All in all we were very satisfied with our stay and would love to return some time in the future.

The stay in Aquahotel Resort was a Christmas gift for our parents. They have just arrived home and they enjoyed their stay a lot. The only trouble, for me quite a serious one though, is the incompetent staff at the reception. The lady upon the check-out was not able to find the payment we made for the stay in advance, and asked my parents to pay again! What an embarassing situation! In a 30min call, while my surprised parents were waiting at the reception desk, I had to go with her (needless to mention her English language in-abilty and her communication unfriendly style) through all the emails with the individual employees of the reception and read every single word, so that she is able to pair the payment with the stay! Im sorry, but this is so unprofessional and rude that however my parents liked the stay in this hotel, for me it is a huge dissapointment and “never ever”!! Communication first! Please, dear reception staff, share the emails and infos from the guests among each other, so that they do not feel like idiots! It will definitelly bring more clients back in future.
