I am not sure why there are some negative reviews. Am from India and I stayed for four days with my family and 2.5 year kid. This hotel is awesome. The SERVICE is outstanding. Location wise it’s close to little India and many attractions The rooms are very clean and daily service was done in a timely manner The breakfast is also descent The room size is good for the amount they’re charging. Very descent crowd nearby and all are perfect with this hotel
Overall, the hotel is decent, but there are a few drawbacks to note: • The rooms are quite small — typical for most hotels in Singapore. • While the room has a window, it doesn’t open, so ventilation feels limited. • There are no bellboys or staff available to assist with luggage, which can be inconvenient. • The breakfast buffet was disappointing, with a very limited selection that didn’t change daily. On the positive side, the hotel is within walking distance of two 7-Eleven stores, which is a convenient perk.
I am writing to formally complain about the treatment I received during check-in at your hotel. Despite presenting valid identification — including my physical ID card, driving license, Singpass (recognized nationwide in Singapore), and a clear photo of my passport — I was refused check-in by your staff member Lisa. I explained that my husband would be arriving shortly with the physical passport, and requested to leave my bags and access the room in the meantime. Lisa was not only uncooperative, but also rude and dismissive in how she handled the situation. This level of inflexibility and poor attitude is unacceptable, especially from a hospitality staff member. I have never encountered such a rigid and unwelcoming experience at any hotel I’ve stayed in — in Singapore or abroad. I strongly urge you to address this with your team and provide better customer service training, as this experience has left a very negative impression of your hotel. I await your response
