Staff were so friendly and accommodating. They let us check in early and use the pool the following day. Views and room gorgeous. Lunch and breakfast super tasty. Pool and service at pool were amazing.
This was the most perfect stay ever. We relaxed, enjoyed the infinity pool… and the view - as if you are AT lake Como… The views are same if not even better! 🤍🤍🤍 Recommend 10/10 and would go back in a heartbeat. 🤍🌊⛰️
Very stunning location! We loved the pool area and the ability to swim in the lake. The room had a lovely view, too, and we enjoyed the balcony. The staff were all very helpful but the service did not feel very personal. It was a shame that a quick lift of about 500m to the station was charged at €20 when other similar standard hotels offer this free.
