I had a great experience at this hotel! The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. I especially want to thank “Heba” for her kindness and support — she was very helpful and made everything easier for us. Her professionalism and warm attitude really stood out. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Arabella Hotel in Kuwait and had a really pleasant experience. The service was excellent—staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a relaxing space to unwind. I also enjoyed the ambiance throughout the hotel; it’s stylish yet welcoming. The pool area was another highlight—perfect for relaxing. Overall, everything from the service to the atmosphere made for a great stay.
