At the reception, the air conditioners work extremely poorly, the stuffiness is unbelievable. In addition, I was bitten by some insects in bed, most likely bed bugs. Rooms are very dirty and our room didn't get cleaned until the day we left. The room next to us did get cleaned, but they just sprayed some kind of smelling substance in there. Breakfast is okay, but the water tastes weird and you usually have to ask forks and knives, because there aren't any and they don't refill them. The hotel no means deserves 1 star, but it is closer to that than 4 stars.
