I am fine with stairs but there are no elevators at the location. If you have trouble climbing stairs, then you might want to avoid this place. It's only two stories high, but it can make a difference to some people. It looked much nicer on the outside than it was inside of the rooms. The breakfast was okay. I was with a group of people and others complained about holes in the walls and stuff like that. The back of the envelope that has your card to get into the room gives you instructions to bring any valuables to the front desk when you leave the room so that they can put them in a safe that seems kind of strange since the room already had a safe in it.

Breakfast and service with that is good. Pool is nice. Rooms are way too old. Airconditioning not cooling, found several cockroaches in the hallway. Also buildings don't have a elevator (3rd floor). Nice when you have heavy bags. Unfortunately no reply after asking to mail them.... A shame....

This is a warning for those who reserve through their website. Ensure you are sent a receipt for what you paid for. We were charged for the room and breakfast but were told we didn’t pay for the breakfast the next day. There was no receipt but our credit card showed we paid. This is unacceptable because we over paid and they still demanded more. We will be staying elsewhere next time we visit La Paz.
