The Aramness Gir is the most wonderful place to stay . Everything is just perfect. The food , the spa the rooms ,the staff . You could not ask for anything better. We have traveled the world and stayed in amazing places . The Aramness is one of the best !!!

Welcome: Superb Stay: Awsome Check Out: Excellent Food: Delicious Experience: Not really good. Strange? Because we lost foreign currency equivalent to Rs 25,000. Our private butler told us to use private locker 3 times during property orientation but we didn’t pay attention assuming what will happen in such a premium property and we were in holiday mood but that’s where we got a disappointment. Result: Lost some bucks. Recommendation: Good property but be careful.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this so-called five-star property. Despite paying over ₹1 lakh per night, the level of service was far from what one would expect from a luxury establishment. The staff was not only unprofessional but outright rude, displaying a complete lack of hospitality standards. Having stayed at some of the finest five-star and seven-star hotels globally, I can confidently say that this property does not meet the mark. The absence of guest-centric service, disregard for privacy, and unwillingness to acknowledge feedback make it entirely unworthy of the premium price tag. There are several superior alternatives in the area that offer far better service and value for money. A particular concern for international travelers: the hotel’s payment handling is highly inefficient. Despite claiming to be well-versed in international transactions, they failed to track our bank transfers properly. The reservations representative, Javed, was particularly difficult to deal with, causing undue stress and harassment over payments. I strongly advise against booking this property, as the experience does not justify the cost. Exceptional service and respect for guests should be a given at this price point, yet this establishment falls drastically short. Proceed with caution if considering a stay here.
