Arantza Hotel made our stay an absolute breeze! The service was prompt, responsive, friendly, and courteous. The front desk staff speaks multiple languages, including English, and we felt truly supported and well cared for throughout our visit. I highly recommend both the apartments and the hotel. Our main point of contact, Ivan, was incredible. I would definitely return!
The hotel went above and beyond our expectations, the facilities were excellent and the staff so caring. Their attention to detail was second to none. The views were breathtaking and the food was delicious too. We were both vegetarian and they really catered to us and some nights even made dishes that were off the menu. This is a wonderful retreat for any couple looking for a quiet getaway with luxurious comfort. Would highly recommend!
We had the best time at Arantza. The room was spectacular, as were the views of the mountain. The staff were very welcoming and attentive, they made our stay truly special, giving us recommendations of hikes to do around the hotel which we thoroughly enjoyed. The food was also great, and the spa experience was a lot of fun. Totally recommended.
