We had an amazing stay while here for two nights. Gonzalo especially made it memorable when I asked if they could do anything special for our friend’s birthday, he went above and beyond to make it special! All of the staff were extremely kind and helpful. We hope to come back one day!
The service and the location of the hotel are excellent. The staff of the hotel are all friendly and helpful. The room overall is great. The bathroom is spacious and has two sets of vanities. The only thing I think is a downside is the window is facing the hallway, but that also makes the room quiet depends on your preference.
A great hotel right in the heart of Cusco! A great base to head out and explore from here. The service was wonderful and the property itself is traditional and beautiful.
