Fantastic experience. The staff is extraordinary. Literally everyone- from the receptionists to waiters - was so helpful and kind. Rooms are large, clean and quiet. It’s in the center of the beautiful Kecskemét, mostly everything is reachable by foot. Thank you for the hospitality 🙏
Very well located hotel in front of the city square. Recently refurbished with a very good breakfast. Some rooms are much better than others. The only detail is that at 6am the church bell sounds several times.
Have stayed in kecskemet a few times but thought I’d try them out - they’re the biggest hotel in the town and right in the centre. Swimming pool small but nice, small jacuzzi, steam room and Sauna too. Room was small, fairly basic but comfortable. We didn’t put ‘do not disturb’ on the door as check out here is 10am, so assumed all rooms would be cleaned after this time - we were wrong, 0730am a quick knock on the door (we were fast asleep) and the room cleaner opened the door (with the lock turned too). Not ideal Overall this place was good though, needs modernizing and maybe practices changed slightly, but we were able to use the spa all day after checking out which was good.
