Ararat Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Ararat Hotel Bethlehem that truly exceeded our expectations. Firstly, the location of the hotel is fantastic, situated in the heart of Bethlehem, providing easy access to many local attractions and landmarks. The hotel is walking distance to the Church of the Nativity, the Milk Grotto, Shepherd's Field and only 8km to the Old City of Jerusalem.The staff at Ararat Hotel Bethlehem were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They were always available to answer any questions we had and were happy to provide recommendations on places to visit in the area. The room we stayed in was comfortable and clean, with all the amenities we needed to ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel's attention to detail was apparent, from the quality of the bedding to the cleanliness of the bathroom. The room's decor was modern and stylish, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that was perfect for unwinding after a busy day exploring the city. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's restaurant. The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with our meal and made sure that any dietary restrictions were taken into account. The breakfast buffet was a particular standout, offering a wide variety of options to cater to all tastes. Finally, the hotel's facilities were impressive, with a well-equipped gym, stunning views of the city, and a cozy lounge area perfect for relaxing and enjoying a drink after a long day. Overall, our stay at Ararat Hotel Bethlehem was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in Bethlehem. The hotel's excellent location, top-notch service, and modern facilities make it an excellent choice for any traveler.

To say this was a wonderful experience would be an utter understatement. The kindness of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, the efficiency with which they take care of everything is truly unparalleled. The staff was so helpful and never hesitated to answer any of our questions, connect us with the right people for tours and information, and continually checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We staying in one of their suites which was completely lovely and spacious. Had a little kitchenette with a sink, a giant sitting area and the bedroom was separate. Excellent water pressure, ample towels, fresh clean sheets, and they even try to add a touch of something special each night by decorating the towels for my husband and I. Overall, fantastic and we felt 100% safe there.

The hotel is okay for the price. My room was clean and the bed although small, was comfortable. There was a nice selection of foods served at breakfast and dinner, including delicious hummus and pita bread. The staff were kind and helpful. The hallways were warm and stuffy but my room had AC which ran with no hiccups. The only setback was the ratio of elevators to guests. More elevators are needed for such a large property.
