Pleasantly surprised. Rooms were very clean, coffee machine always makes me happy. Bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
The room & bathroom are clean and exactly you see as it advertised. Very well kept property, would stay here again.
We could only get the King room as apparently the executive rooms were all booked out. The king room is very basic it's not a king bed but 2 x single bases slapped together with a mattress on top, making it so uncomfortable. The pillows were horribly flat, manchester was rudimentary, no doonas just a skinny blanket and a polyester comforter which had seen better days, thankfully there was an electric blanket at least. Bathroom was a hark back from the 1980's and the complimentary toiletries especially the soap were minuscule. We used 1 x cake of soap just to wash our hands (it was that small) and the soap was not even replaced when our room got serviced. Worst still, being told the executive rooms were booked out when there was only a handful of cars each night, led me to believe that wasn't the truth and there were alot of rooms.. Maybe we were expecting too much but we had stayed elsewhere on our last visit, and it was much better. Even though what staff we saw were nice enough, you won't see us again.
