Arawana Express Sukhumvit 22

I had a wonderful stay at Arawana Express Sukhumvit 22 in Bangkok. The room was spotless and well-stocked with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my experience was as pleasant as possible. They were attentive and always eager to help, making sure every detail was taken care of with a smile. Despite a temporary issue with the elevator, the staff quickly sent someone to assist with carrying our bags upstairs, which I truly appreciated. It’s clear that they are committed to providing excellent service, and their dedication truly made my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-serviced place to stay in Bangkok.

I stayed at Arawana for one week in June. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. They even received my package and gave it to me even though I wrote the address wrong (I’m still very thankful!). The room was always clean, I got fresh towels every evening, and it always smelled nice. The air conditioning worked great too! The only negative thing is the location. It is about a 20-minute walk from the bts asok station. I felt a little unsafe walking back late at night, so I used taxis in the evenings. Overall, I am happy I stayed here during my one-week trip to Thailand. Thank you!
