We are on holiday here right now and I can only say good things. Everything is perfect👌🏽it’s all about the children, but adults can also truly enjoy themselves. There’s no doubt the hotel fully deserves its 5 stars. Everyone working here is kind and helpful. The lady working in the shop even helped us get a sand play set for our daughter. We’d like to thank her here as well , she made our daughter’s holiday even more special. Everything is clean, and the furniture and design are perfect. The food is excellent, and the V-Level concept is very good.The app makes it super easy to keep track of the various activities. What really makes the hotel special are the little thoughtful things and smart solutions, like the swimming rings in the pools or the child seat built into the toilet in the bathroom. We will definitely come back!🤗

We’ve just wrapped up another unforgettable family holiday. Congratulations to the entire team… from Alexander at reception, to the colleagues at the lobby bar, those in the restaurant, by the pool, the cleaning team, the driver of the transfer to Rab, the colleagues at the Bike Center… everyone truly deserves a big round of applause! Amazingly well coordinated despite the recent opening! It was a wonderful time. Until next year—we’re already looking forward to it!

We stayed at Arba Resort earlier this summer and had an overall good experience, especially as a family with young kids. However, there are a few areas that could be improved to truly match the expectations of a high-end resort. Here’s our detailed feedback: • Check-in & Service Check-in was smooth and friendly. However, I had requested the vExperience upgrade — which was part of our original booking — and after modifying the reservation, it was no longer included. I was told someone would get back to us, but no one ever did, which was disappointing. • Rooms The rooms are nicely designed and comfortable, but they are on the smaller side, especially for families. • Food & Dining The food was fine, and the kids were happy with the options. However, I wish there were more healthy choices and less of a cafeteria-like atmosphere. Also, many dishes at the buffet were not labeled, which made it difficult to choose food confidently. The snack station is a really nice touch and great option if dinner is too late for kids. • Kids Club & Family Amenities This is by far the highlight of the resort. The kids’ facilities are top-notch — fun, safe, and thoughtfully planned. It’s the main reason we chose to return. • Beach & Pools The pools are great, and the beach area, though small, has a cozy and relaxed vibe. However, guests are expected to take care of their own towels during the week, which can be a hassle — especially when walking around with five beach towels and trying to secure a spot before everything is taken. It’s something that takes away from the overall comfort of a resort stay. • Gym The gym is small and seemed to be under maintenance during our stay. It also wasn’t well cared for — equipment was scattered early in the morning and the space felt a bit neglected. • Spa The spa is beautiful and well-designed, but the treatments are overpriced. I was particularly disappointed after my session, as the quality of the service didn’t reflect the high price. • Hotel Bar Top service and genuinely great staff. We highly recommend stopping by for a drink while the kids enjoy the nearby spider net play area — it was one of our favorite little moments during the stay. While Valamar stands out for its family-friendly setup, particularly for kids, there is definitely room for improvement in service consistency and overall value. We’ll probably return — for the kids — but we hope to see enhancements in the overall guest experience next time.
