Awesome location, tasty food and great staff. Had a great honeymoon experience. The views and the atmosphere are to die for and the water is clean and feels very refreshing. The city nearby is also nice to visit once or twice. I recommend looking at a map of the resort, since it’s huge, but not to worry- there is a very frequent modified bus that takes you anywhere you’ll need to go. I would only warn of lots of uphill and downhill walking, which I personally love.

Recommended for family with kids, rooms clean and large, day to day room servise, personal does not speak english but some of them try. Special thanks to animator for the kids, they do really good job. Riccardo is great, speaks with guests, does evening program, welcome you on breakfast and dinners, he lived for this job. Breakfasts and dinners could be in better quality. I would not recommend for those, whom food is important.

For an expensive room, this was a poor choice. Booked the superior sea view room. At booking there are no instructions sent so I'm sure everyone goes to the wrong gate. The checking process is weird and over complicated. After check-in, we were brought to our room, which had a tiny view of the sea from a window but no balcony as the website leads you to believe. There was some condensation on the floor from the air conditioning, which was fine, but the porter ran away to the front desk and made us change rooms. We were then forced into a different room than what we booked, which has a very high ceiling, vastly increasing the rooms square footage. The room has the same air conditioner as all the others, which will never be able to sufficiently cool off such a large sq ft unit. I've rigged a towel using flip flops to direct the air conditioning laterally instead of dumping it uselessly into the void of the giant wasted space high ceilings. We had to borrow a fan from reception to try and get some airflow. We attempted to rectify this by begging the front desk staff to let us return to the previous room, which seriously only had a tiny puddle of water on the floor. We should've just used a towel and wiped it up, but hindsight is 20/20. Now we sit in this alternate unit with no view sweating so badly it's going to be very difficult to sleep, and the front desk seems indifferent and unable to actually make any kind of decision. We've been told nothing can happen until the director comes in in the morning at 9, which I am confident we will be awake for because this room is a sauna. The room we booked was for approximately 250€ per night, there are dozens of hotels in the area or nearby which do not charge as much, so save yourself a poor experience and look elsewhere. Also the toilet seat is broken.
