Arberia Palace Hotel

The most helpful staff ! This was my first impression of Albenia and I just feel glad I arrive to this place , my partner and me we were so tired to continue driving and I look for a place close by . I pick this hotel for price and location and I received more that I could think of like free breakfast and a good rate for my money . I really appreciate how laid back these guys are. Everything was great in terms of service . Probably the only thing I would change it would be a more comfortable beds (my partner think the opposite ) but for the price it’s worth it!

Can highly recommend this place if you are looking for a nice hotel when on the road in Albania. Rooms are modern, clean and spacious, staff is very friendly and customer-oriented (one of the best in Albania frankly) They also have a nice gym and wellness which are cool extras One thing to consider for this hotel is that they are charging for tea during breakfast, which I have never experienced so far

We visited our friends in Albania and stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. We rented a 2 bedroom suite (2 adults and 3 kids). Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Positives: customer service was excellent. We mostly dealt with Oliver. Oliver went above and beyond in making our stay comfortable. Both of our rooms had 2 king size beds. Oliver got us an extra mattress and brought it to the room our kids were in so that they would be comfortable sleeping. Size of the rooms was good too. I loved that our 2 rooms had a private entrance / hall area and each room was able to be closed if needed. This provided safety for our children, by keeping them close to us and also privacy for us. Breakfast was included in the booking. Continental breakfast consisted of eggs, hot dog, vegetables (tomatoes and cucumber), fruit and variety of baked goods, fruit juice. Coffee was not available at the breakfast spread. However when I asked for a cup of coffee, the staff had no problem making me coffee. Negative: only negative thing and reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is how the rooms were cleaned. At first glance, the rooms looked great and clean. However, our white comforter had large yellow stains. Also, there was a dead insect on the bathroom floor when we checked in. The next day the room was serviced and cleaned. When we returned that evening, the insect was in the same spot on the bathroom floor. This indicates that the bathroom floor was not cleaned or washed. So this makes me wonder if the yellow stains on the comforter was from lack of washing the bedding. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and if we are in the area again we will stay here. We told our friends about our experience and hope that they recommend this hotel to others.
