Amazing location, friendly and professional staff, big breakfast and dinner choice and modern quality interior. Dinner is served at the outside terrace, where it’s perfect for a romantic date. It’s right near the old town, so there is a lot of entertainment around and also the nearest city beach is just 5 minutes walking distance. Only downside is payable parking near the hotel(20€/day), but it’s under the surveillance and since there are limited spaces, i guess reasonable. You can’t park near the sea. There is also a pool, but we didn’t use it. Will definitely recommend!

The building blends historic elegance with modern comfort. The pool? Quiet luxury. The restaurant? Simply the best on the island — romantic, classy, and serene. The service? Flawless. From arranging eBikes to a surprise anniversary gift (exclusive olive oil!), every moment felt personal. Reception, breakfast & dinner staff, room service — all showed an attention to detail rarely found even in five-star resorts. Ideal for special occasions. We left with unforgettable memories and will certainly return. Hats off to the wonderful Arbiana team!

Missed our cancellation deadline by one day due to parents being involved in car crash and having to cut holiday short. The hotel could't have cared less and didn't refund a single cent of our fee. Appreciate when things are not the hotels fault but the complete lack of understanding in not refunding anything shows where their priorities lie. Would avoid in future. RE reply below. We did notify them through Expedia (so poor communication between who they use for bookings) but now they do know the reason, still choose to not refund some or any of the fee. Given we used none of the facilities and they publicly acknowledge the rationale, they still keep all the money, would still avoid on future.
