Arc Recoleta Boutique Hotel & Spa

Excellent Stay at Arc Recoleta Hotel Before Our South America and Antarctica Cruise. We stayed at the Arc Recoleta Hotel for three nights before embarking on our 22-day South America and Antarctica cruise, and it was the perfect place to begin our journey. From the moment we checked in, we were impressed with the quality of the hotel and the warm welcome we received from the staff. The location of the hotel is ideal. It is centrally located in Buenos Aires, making it easy to explore the city and visit popular attractions. We enjoyed walking around the Recoleta neighborhood, which is full of history, beautiful architecture, and great cafes and restaurants. It also felt very safe, even in the evening hours. Our room was a very good size, clean, and well appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable, which was much appreciated after long travel days. We were able to rest well and felt refreshed before starting our cruise. The room had everything we needed, and we were very pleased with the modern, elegant design and the peaceful atmosphere. The hotel staff were excellent throughout our stay. They were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed, whether it was transportation advice, restaurant suggestions, or general information about the city. Their professionalism and hospitality really stood out and added to our positive experience. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which was outstanding. There was a wide variety of options including fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, meats, cheeses, and more. It was delicious and filling, and we looked forward to it each morning. It was a wonderful way to start the day and kept us energized for exploring the city. Overall, Arc Recoleta exceeded our expectations and made our pre-cruise stay in Buenos Aires truly enjoyable. It checked every box for us—comfort, location, service, and amenities. We would absolutely stay here again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Buenos Aires, whether you are staying for a few days or just passing through on the way to an adventure like ours.

Very comfortable and well-appointed rooms, with friendly and helpful staff. Only downside was not being allowed to bring a small bag into the breakfast room, which felt a bit unnecessary.

After a long flight we arrived at the hotel using their car service. He was late. Front desk was pleasant but their communication skills were variable. Room very small and shower was Like one you find in a cabin on a cruise ship. Location was great. Calling this a boutique hotel is misleading, its barely a holiday inn express!
