We stayed at Arcadia Resort for a family reunion with 25 people, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The home we stayed in was spacious, super clean, and beautifully designed—everyone had plenty of room, and it never felt crowded. The resort amenities were a huge highlight. The pool area was awesome, especially for the kids, and the lazy river and slides kept them busy for hours. The Pickleball courts were a hit with all ages, and the outdoor entertainment areas made it easy to relax, grill, and hang out in the evenings. Location is great too—close to hiking, golf, and just a quick drive into town if you need anything. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything felt well taken care of. Highly recommend Arcadia for large groups or families. We’re already talking about coming back next year.

We live local and had the best time there! We all left sunburnt not realizing how much time we spent there! We had a cabana the first part and the last few hours, we just played! There’s one slide but it was plenty, never hardly ever a line for it. Excited to plan another trip!

First the positive: the pools and pool area were excellent. We really enjoyed them and that was the highlight. Where things feel short are the homes. We rented 3 of them. Each are a bit different. Our home, 59 didn’t have any curtains for the windows. This caused many issues. While eating at the dining table, we were blasted with the sun and couldn’t see one one side of the table. Also, couldn’t have any privacy with these giants windows and not curtains. The bedrooms on the street side didn’t have curtains allowing tons of street and outside house light into the rooms. I had to tape up garbage bags to try and stop the light from coming in. In the morning the sun blasted in. The bathrooms didn’t have any way to hang towels or swim gear. No towel hooks, towel bars, etc. no instructions on how to work the complex light/fan switches or thermostats. For a place meant to sleep 20 people, the fridge could not handle it. The ice machine barely worked and the fridge couldn’t delivery cold water. This was very frustrating. Another unit in our party’s fridge just couldn’t work at all. They need to have more industrial appliances for such heavy use of accommodating 20 people week after week. These appliances are going to break asap. The place was not cleaned. So many things were dirty. Toilets, floors, dressers, appliances, etc. The QR code manual was barely helpful. This needs to be far more expansive to help accommodate how the home works. The homes ultimately felt unfinished and not properly accommodating for large groups. Some furniture is not suitable for children. Sharp edges, glass tables and nothing is secured to the walls. Be careful if you have young children booking here. Hot tubs did not seem secure to prevent drowning incident’s.
