Great place to live — I stayed here for several months and really enjoyed it. The condo has two swimming pools, a gym I used regularly, and secure access with facial recognition — no keys needed, which I absolutely loved. It’s super convenient for everyday shopping: there are two Tops markets and a 7/11 right outside the gate. Plus, there’s a small local market with food corners and seating just across the street — perfect if you want to grab a quick bite. You can also easily catch a taxi or motorbike to reach larger supermarkets when needed. The apartment I lived in was quite small — only 25 m² — and felt a bit cramped for a longer stay. Also, not all units have a washing machine. Since it’s common in Thailand to use public laundromats, it took some effort to find a unit with an in-room washer, which I personally prefer. That said, there is a laundry facility right on the condo grounds, along with drinking water refill machines, a coffee vending machine, and even a café. The building also has multi-level parking and a sauna. Deliveries (like from Lazada) arrived directly to the property, which was super convenient. Overall, a well-equipped, comfortable, and practical place to stay — especially if you find a unit that suits your needs.

Great place to live, I stayed here for two months. It has it all, and the restaurant in the middle is perfect, most mornings I would go for a breakfast. Staff is super friendly and a lot of local girls live in the condo which have been great to get to know
