Arcadia Domus

The accommodation at Arcadia Domus was great and at a great price. It is a multi-room apartment with a kitchen situated in an apartment building. There is a SIT Bus Shuttle from the airport, which has a stop close to the accommodation. The owner was very nice and explained everything to us during check-in. He also gave us great tips for restaurants for dinner. We were accommodated in a triple room, which had a Queen bed (160 centimeters wide) and one sofa bed. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and each of us had one pillow. My wife likes two pillows, so she asked the owner for a second one and he willingly immediately brought it to her. The bathroom was clean and had a sufficient number of towels. There was air conditioning in the room, which we turned on heating, so the room had a pleasant temperature. For breakfast, we were given tickets to the cafe, which is located on the ground floor. The cafe has absolutely amazing croissants with fillings, various types of pastries, sandwiches, coffee (such as cappuccino) and freshly squeezed orange juice. Everything was great and that's why I give the accommodation the maximum rating. There is, however, one thing that they cannot be blamed for, but which everyone must consider before staying here. Our room was with windows to the street and about fifty meters from the windows there is a slightly busier street and even with the windows closed we could hear motorbikes and cars accelerating quickly, honking their horns, etc. at night. The owner left us earplugs in the room. I'm a heavy sleeper, so it didn't bother me, but my wife is more sensitive to noise while sleeping, so it woke her up sometimes. If we go to Rome again in the future, this accommodation will be our first choice.

Wonderfull place in Roma. Perfect distance to Metro Station. Very nice and friendly owner! Cheap and clean place!

I stayed for one night. In a nutshell: perfect room and service, close to Metro station, which is direct line to city center. A lot of markets and cafes around. If you traveling by car, there are also paid parking. Or free if you lucky man. Sound proofing could be better: apartment located on quite active street with traffic and your sleep can be not ideal.
