Arcadia Motel

Very quiet spot with scrupulously clean room. We stayed one night in a bed that is at least King if not Super King. With a partner over 6'6" this was a great benefit for us. Queen size beds are too small for him and me together! The hosts were amazing. Friendliest we've come across and very accommodating and caring. Thank you for an awesome stay.

My mum, my son and I stayed here for 3 nights . The owner was very welcoming, nothing was an issue. We loved our stay. It was very quiet and very clean. Beds were comfy and rooms serviced daily. We liked that it was off the main road so you don't hear road noise. You do hear a few planes flying over but it's really cool. It is only 5 min walk to Tahunanui beach also. The pool area is perfect, very nice. We were very happy with our stay, affordable and the owners were lovely . Would recommend and would definitely come back. I can see why it's always booked out 😄. Thanks for having us.

The motel owner is highly attentive and detail-oriented. After a long day, I returned to find him waiting at my door, which seemed unusual. He genuinely apologized for the cleaner accidentally breaking my iPhone cable and went out of his way to replace it with one of the same length from town. That’s exceptional customer service. Also the bed is comfortable, which can be inconsistent at some other motels I have been to.
