From the moment we arrived, the hotel made a stunning first impression. The entire place smelled absolutely amazing—fresh, calming, and luxurious. It was like stepping into a spa, and that scent lingered beautifully throughout our stay. We stayed in a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite with a full kitchen, which was perfect for our needs. It felt more like a stylish apartment than a hotel room, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged. The staff? Incredible. The valet team greeted us with genuine warmth and efficiency, making arrival and departure seamless. The concierge was equally impressive—knowledgeable, accommodating, and eager to help with anything we needed. Every interaction felt personal and professional, and their hospitality truly elevated our experience. My only complaint—and it’s a small one—was that the website mentioned food and drinks available at the beach. Based on that, we didn’t pack water or snacks, only to arrive and find the beach service closed. It was a bit of a letdown, especially on a hot day. Still, that hiccup didn’t overshadow the overall experience. This hotel is a gem, and I would absolutely return. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and a touch of luxury.

Very luxurious hotel accommodations. We very much enjoyed the private beach. There were umbrellas and chairs, bathrooms, changing rooms, and a lunch area that really made the trips to the ocean relaxing with a family. The on-site dining was fantastic! I cannot say enough about the quality of dining at Waterscapes. And the chocolate mousse was out of this world! The rooms were large, clean, and had beautiful views. We enjoyed the outdoor pool area. Which is steps away from the dock where you can book jet skis. We plan to return as we didn't have enough time to get to do everything we wanted as this hotel offers so many accommodations. Next time, I'm getting the spa treatments!

I truly enjoyed our stay at Marina Inn! I found this resort through our airline and I was not disappointed! We definitely plan on staying again! The resort was beautiful inside and out. Although dated, I appreciated the character on every floor and even in our suite. Not only was resort amazing but the staff was even better, from the concierge, to the valet, to the restaurant and bar staff! I specifically had encounters with Patricia and Laura who were absolutely welcoming and so nice! There was another awesome lady who helped us a few times and I’ll update my review once her name comes back to me (Wendy maybe)! Julie at the bar was just what we needed! Her drinks are amazing but her friendliness was even better. Pros: quiet, located a perfect distance from all of the fun places and good food, their in-house restaurant had a delicious She Crab soup, there’s a small but delicious Starbucks stand, the outdoor pool was nice, the views were amazing, the room was spacious with a washer and dryer, free wifi, there’s a free shuttle that runs very often with private beach access and includes towels, two chairs, and and umbrella! Cons (areas for improvement): the indoor pool area could use an upgrade especially if it’s the only pool that’s 24 hours, outdoor pool could stay open past 10p at least for adult only time, cleanliness and repairs could use some improvement (our toilet paper roll holder was sitting on the sink when we checked in (could be because we checked in early-which was a pro). Also only one of the two hot tubs were actually hot. Overall, as mentioned above, we’ll be back and pray for another great experience!
