Arcelon Hotel

This was truly a 5-star experience at a very reasonable price. From the moment we arrived, everything was designed to make our stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. The 24-hour check-in and noon check-out are a game changer — no stress, no rush, just pure comfort. The entire hotel feels brand new, from the stylish common areas to the spotless, modern rooms that are both elegant and incredibly comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly in every space, which made a huge difference during these hot summer days. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool — access is free, and the view is stunning, making it the perfect spot to unwind. The hotel is also conveniently located near a train station, which made it super easy to reach the beach and explore the surrounding area. The staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the free luggage storage service was really convenient. Overall, a fantastic experience that exceeded expectations in every way. Highly recommended!

Beautiful new hotel, super friendly staff. I had a room at the back with a small balcony, which I enjoyed very much. Very clean and I loved my swim in the small pool. In the neighborhood nice local restaurants with amazing tapas- thank you do much for the tips. Felt very safe and welcome.

A cleaner entered our room without knocking, even though the “Do Not Disturb” sign was clearly hanging. My partner and I were changing clothes — it was an extremely disturbing and unacceptable violation of privacy. The front desk staff, Marc, was rude, arrogant, and refused to apologize. He tried to cover it up and ignored our valid complaint, showing clear discriminatory behavior. This hotel has zero respect for guests’ privacy or dignity. I would never stay here again — completely unacceptable service.
