My family and I had the pleasure of staying at the Archer for my son’s wedding. From the minute we walked through the doors, Jared, at the front desk, made us feel welcomed and at home. The hotel is absolutely amazing and our rooms were extremely nice and lacking nothing. We stayed 2 nights and have absolutely no complaints. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. However, the true gem was Jared at the front desk. Thanks to all at the Archer for a great stay!

It’s a nice looking hotel in s nice area but as soon as you walk into the lobby it smells like dog. Had I known that this establishment allowed pets, I definitely wouldn’t have stayed here. The king room we stayed in was okay but it’s definitely time for a upgrade. The furniture was all scratched up and the carpets need to be replaced asap. The bathroom was the bright spot; it was nice and clean and had a good shower. Don’t know that I’d pick this brand again only because my first impression wasn’t so impressive. Nice staff though.

This was probably one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in a long time. And we have had alot to compare to since we have had over 20 hotel stays in the last year. I would 100% not recommend this hotel. I booked a Double King Room over the Memorial Day Weekend. I was visiting family in NJ and had my 3 kids with me. We were exhausted and hungry after a long day of driving and visiting family. We arrived at the hotel to check in at around 7:30pm. When we got into our room, there was only 1 King Bed in the room. (There were supposed to be 2 King Beds.) So, we went back downstairs to the front desk and showed them my email confirmation indicating that we did indeed book a Double King Room. The front desk was not able to help us at all as they were completely booked because of the holiday. It was too late in the evening for us to find another hotel that had availability over the holiday weekend. So, I had no other choice but to "make a bed" myself with sheets and blankets on the floor and have my teenage boys sleep on it, while my daughter and I slept on the bed. We tried to make the best of the very inconvenient and uncomfortable experience, but honestly, the general vibe of the staff and customer service was lacking. The only person that deserved a star at all was the food service manager at breakfast.
