The Archer has again gone above and beyond. Our flights for a quick turn-around wedding were coming in later than I'd hoped. That made picking up my rented tux a close call. Enter the great folks at the Archer! I sent a brief note and they were over the moon accommodating. My tux will be waiting for me and they even arranged to return it the next day! Very reasonable service fee and a HUGE worry removed from my life. The Arcer is the BEST!
great, friendly, creative hotel in the very heart of Manhattan. My only almost complaint: I would prefer rooms to be a bit bigger, but it's a general issue with the hotels in central New York. Apart from that - I liked everything. The rooftop bar with the open terrace and direct view at the Empire State building is a great extra.
Decent property. It has location going for it. The check in experience was let's say a non-experience, With 3 people standing there, they didn't even bother to ask if we needed help with luggage. The room was clean and the bed comfortable though the lighting in the bathroom could be a bit more gradual. Overall, not bad but nothing to rave about.
