Very lovely hotel, we had a perfect stay. Rooms were comfortable with a great view. The pool is very nice. Our favorite part was the breakfast, which was huge with many options, and we enjoyed it outside in the garden. It's also close to all the facilities in Portaria. We would definitely like to come back!

We could not recommend this hotel enough. My partner and I stayed for the week and we had the most wonderful stay ever. The hotel itself is very elegant and a great size which makes it feel homely and easy to navigate. Our room was lovely and had just about everything we needed; bathroom, coffee, shuttered windows, TV, mosquito nets and high ceilings. The pool setup is fantastic, we nearly spent our entire holiday there - great little sun trap with some beautiful views of the mountains and surrounding scenery. The service at the hotel was excellent, we were well looked after throughout the entire stay and everyone who worked there was really friendly and made us feel welcome. We want to give a special shoutout to the lovely Demi for being such a terrific host and for being a big part of the reason that we will definitely be returning, wouldn't have been the same without you. The all-you-can eat breakfast ticked all the boxes for us and the hotel also offers good food and drink throughout the rest of the day at an affordable price. The hotel is also of great locality in the village; less than a five minute walk away from all the shops, panoramic views and restaurants, which were all brilliant. We have two minor constructive criticisms which didn't heavily impact the quality of our stay but would definitely be a bonus if rectified by the time we return: 1. More hooks and clothes hangers in the room would be great, we did ask the staff and they were able to provide us with additional hangers for our clothes, however there wasn't much space to hang our towels and jackets. just a couple more of these in the room would have been great! 2. The shower head in our room was a little bit awkward and took some getting used to, it wouldn't stay in place when altered so you kind of had to lean on the wall a bit when you showered. Again, not a huge issue but something worth looking into. Other than that, everything was top-tier. Thanks so much for the great hospitality and see you next time!

The breakfast is very good. The hotel is maintained on the high level. The staff are extremely nice. We stayed in the suites (2 families) and had no hot water in the shower at any time of the day. Other than that all was good
