Parking options were clearly communicated in advance, which made arrival and check-in seamless. The true highlight of our stay was the warm and attentive service—particularly from Grazia, whose hospitality genuinely enhanced our overall experience. The hotel embodies what a boutique property should be. The rooms and beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the building itself, rich in history, has been immaculately restored to balance timeless charm with modern elegance. Breakfast was nothing short of outstanding—generous, beautifully presented, and the perfect way to begin each day. At this price point, the experience was exceptional value. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a refined, comfortable, and welcoming stay in the heart of a vibrant city. This is boutique hospitality done right.

Absolutely stunning hotel with the most gracious host! Beautifully designed rooms in a very central location near lots of restaurants in charming Cagliari, but really quiet too! Gracia bent over backwards to help me, especially when I had to get there a day later than expected due to airport issues. I would definitely go back. Not spending as much time here is one of my few regrets of a four week trip around Europe.

The owner is the nicest lady you will meet. The rooms and overall residence is absolutely stunning. Located in one of the best areas. Highly recommended 👌
