Arco Smart Hotel

First visit, the hotel is very good. Rooms are generous in size and very clean. The staff are very helpful, the food is varied and well presented ( as I require a gluten free diet they have been exceptionally supportive, particularly Sandra who has kept me safe ), all round an excellent experience.

From the first moment we arrived in Arco we were hit with the magnificent views all under the watchful eye of the castle that dominates the skyline. The hotel is nestled between the shops and residential areas just a short walk away from the town centre. The hotel itself is of a high standard and is in the process of achieving a four star rating. All the bedrooms have been refurbished and are huge with walk in shower and functional storage areas. Hospitality tray is provided. Our room had ample balcony with stunning views of the castle. The hotel is all inclusive soft drinks, wine and spirits are available most of the day. The meals are buffet and consist of Italian cuisine with plenty of variety. There is a small pool, and bikes for hire at ten euros a day. The staff were very friendly and helpful would recommend a stay.

Very honest review! Stayed here on a sheering holiday can honestly say I would never come back to this hotel, staff how ever amazing allwaus helpful, give advice ect Food breakfast and lunch/dinner allways the same food , tea/dinner mixed stuff wasn't amazing one day we had chips otherwise it was bassically pasta pasta and more pasta, I lived of bread the whole time I was there it felt 😂 All inclusive - may need to relook at this drinks start at 10am finish at 10am you have Ur food in the morning 7-9 then from 9 till 12 you can't use the drink machine Rooms - basic very very basic TV none smart all Italian other then 422 which was English shower is a death trap IV slipped so many times as the floor uneven lucky I didn't fall manage to grab on to something had to put towels down to prevent this and still slipped Hotel- good hotel friendly staff no entertainment atall so by 8 o'clock you ate your food you where in bed as drinks ended at 10 allways ended up going for a walk but being bitten by mositowos(fly's) Hotel- October is very cold or warm depends but they didn't allow us to use heating in the rooms and turned this off for everyone was told it's broke, that's a lie so everyone was cold or come down with the flu Overall 2/5 and that's just because the staff was nice Wouldn't come back and I would say avoid onless your into going bed at 8pm
