It was a present to myself to living in this marvelous palace. Everything was so nice. The hotel is a kind of gallery, everywhere were very old paintings. It was very clean and the service and the staff excellent. I hope one day to visit again and live the myth to treat you like a royal!!!!!
The newly renovated rooms are large rooms equipped with a kitchen and balcony. Very good Lavazza coffee and a reasonable selection at breakfast. Very clean and walking distance to Supermarket. They have also indoor parking for and extra 10 Euro/night. Very helpful reception as they got us a transportation service to Rome to avoid driving in that traffic and struggling to find a safe parking.
Place looks nice. But not so good utility wise. WiFi signs in the bedrooms are not good. The heaters (electric ovens) have some or the other problems. Doors of many of the rooms doesn't lock/unlock properly. And they don't provide drinking water. You'll have to buy it from outside (this may be a common practice in Italy, but not very convenient for people traveling from other countries). No views as such. But nice people.
