Fantastic stay – the hotel was clean, had everything I needed, and the staff were super friendly. Great value for money and an unbeatable location, just a 2-minute walk from Museum Island and easy access to the heart of Berlin. Highly recommended!
This is a great hotel for tourists. It is near the center of Berlin making it easy to walk to popular locations. The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and had good temperature control. My only complaint would be no mini-fridge.
clean rooms and spacious. Big king size bad. It has a good location (quite close to all attractions). It’s a quiet neighborhood. Breakfast is okay. What I didn’t like is the way the room cleaning works. You have to book it online. However, at the check in no one told me that it needs to be done before the day you want it to get. They simply tell you you’ve got a QR code in the room. The qr code doesn’t say that it has to be done well in advance. so for our 3 night stay we got no cleaning at all because I want to skip one and get one on the second day but it was too late.
