ARCOTEL Kaiserwasser Superior

For me, it is the most convenient hotel. I have stayed there at least 3 times. Very clean and organized, the room is excellent. The breakfast is varied and served at a great time. The staff are helpful, polite and discreet. It has easy access to the subway and is very close to a shopping mall, where there is a wide range of restaurants. It is also close to major traffic routes and easily accessible from the airport, although it is not the most touristy area of ​​the city.

I had a fantastic experience thanks to Betool from reception. She was incredibly friendly, highly professional, and handled my issue in an exceptionally satisfactory way and even helped me charge my phone. It’s rare to come across someone who combines warmth and efficiency so effortlessly. Betool is truly an asset to Acrotel. Her dedication and care made all the difference. Thank you for the outstanding service! The hotel is awesome, with an excellent location and great amenities. The hotel restaurant is great too.

Unacceptable food safety practices During my stay at this hotel, I saw something very concerning at breakfast. A waitress took scrambled eggs from a table and put them back into the container for other guests to eat. This is a clear violation of food safety rules. It was shocking to see such behavior in front of guests. It also made me worry about what might happen in the kitchen. I lost my appetite and avoided the restaurant for the rest of my stay. The hotel should train its staff on proper food handling. This is not just about keeping customers happy—it’s a health risk. I cannot recommend this hotel.
