Arcotel Velvet Berlin

This hotel is central to walking anywhere. The rooms are well designed and spotlessly clean. The staff are attentive to our needs and just mention Abbas who is my favourite member of staff who has been amazing. Thank you, will definitely be back

Everything was fine if it wasn't for the broken AC Pro's: Room service/cleaning was very good, rooms were clean. Price/quality is good, especially for the location which is very central. You can easily see all of Berlin by using the public transport or electric bikes/scooters. Rooms were nicely furnished and have enough space. Con's: Airconditioning was not operational during our stay, personnel could not provide a timeframe in which it would be fixed. We stayed for 4 nights and had no operational airconditioning (see attached picture for our AC's settings). We were provided with a partial refund which was good. If the airconditioning is fixed I would consider staying here again as this was the only 'bad' part of our stay.

Iam shocked to read these reviews as I am really happy with my stay at the hotel. my stay at the hotel was really sensational, even though I only spent one night there. everything was great - the comfortable bed, the beautiful view from the window and the ideal location which made it easy to explore the area. smiling staff, every problem could be solved. a very pleasant surprise was the many cool freebies that made the stay more enjoyable. the staff were friendly, smiling and helpful every step of the way. an added was the private underground parking - a huge plus for convenience and security. i rate the whole stay as very pleasant and friendly. I would definitely recommend and would be happy to return at the next opportunity! THANK YOU SO MUCH ❤️‍🔥
