An excellent stay overall! I really enjoyed my room — it was clean and nicely decorated. The atmosphere is very peaceful, you feel at ease right away. There’s no breakfast, but the snacks do the trick. It’s not in the city centre, but it’s very well connected and feels safe, which is great for enjoying some peace and quiet after the frenzy of the Festival! I didn’t get a chance to meet the manager. The place has a family feel to it — you feel free and welcome. Definitely an address to keep in mind for my next trips In Edinburgh!

The rooms were super clean and beautiful. We loved everything about this place. I was going to give them a 4 for service due to them not having a hot breakfast, but I loved their stock of free snacks and beer. We enjoyed hanging out it the lobby with a cold beer after a fun day in Edinburgh. The luxury coffee machine was top tier and the basket of morning treats hit the spot. We walked to the Abbey whiskey bar for an amazing Sunday roast and a few flights of various whiskey's. Make a reservation, they are awesome!

We’ve stayed here for two nights, and it was spotless and peaceful. The location is perfect—close to bus stops and just a short walk from the city center if you like walking . The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely come back here every time we visit Edinburgh in the future.
