I stayed in three different types of rooms at this hotel for 16 days, 4 days in a queen-size room, 7 days in a suite room (the largest room in this hotel) and 5 days in a regular triple room. The hotel breakfast was excellent and complete, especially the behavior of the lady in charge of the restaurant and breakfast, named "Sarab", was very friendly and nice. There may be some small problems in the rooms, but the room heating worked very well. This hotel is unique in terms of security and behavior of the staff. It happened a few times that we left gold in the room and when we returned to the room, the cleaning had been done but the valuables and gold were untouched. The staff were very cooperative and provided everything when we called. Overall, the hotel may be average in appearance, but what made it unique was its lovely staff. Also, the hotel has good access to the center of Ankara (Kizilaya Square). I recommend this hotel.

We stayed at the Ardos Hotel only onenight in the summer, and the experience was disappointing. The first two rooms we were assigned smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and even in the third room, the air conditioner blew out a similar odor. When we asked staff to change to nonsmoking room, they asked many times and reminded us to put good reviews, but when everything’s is good for a comfy stay of people, nobody will leave bad reviews. The hotel seemed understaffed, with one person clean and doing everything, but leaving cleaning supplies scattered on the stairs. Breakfast was the biggest issue, while the bakery items and salads were fresh, most of the food seemed stale, with old cheese and sausages mixed in. To be safe, we only had tea and bread. Overall, we can’t recommend this hotel due to poor cleanliness and questionable food safety

Absolutely disappointing, avoid at all costs This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I am usually not picky regarding hotels but this room was ridiculously small (barely 4 square meters for two people ) and the bathroom was in terrible condition, with visible damage and poor hygiene. But the worst part: I left money in the room (a private, locked space), and it disappeared. My wallet stayed in the room during my whole trip . Sadly I only noticed once I got home (I don’t usually open my wallet) When I called reception to check if anyone had entered the room during my stay, the woman first confirmed someone had, then suddenly claimed she didn’t understand me and kept hanging up on me every time I called back. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional behavior. I don’t feel safe or respected here. There’s absolutely no sense of responsibility or customer care. I strongly advise you to stay somewhere else. If you value your peace of mind and your belongings, this is not the place for you.
