We stayed a few nights here recently.. Everything is perfect! The view, the apartment, most of all the land lady is so kind, sweet and funny. We had been rained on for days - she took our laundry and did it for us. We were so appreciative of her and her genuine kindness. We enjoyed sitting watching for whales and the view of Sao Jorge across the water. Beautiful place, very clean, equipped with everything you need. Definitely 5 stars !!!!
The accommodation was a highlight during our trip to the Azores! We rented the house for 6 people and fully enjoyed the beautiful sea view, the very convenient house - it is perfectly equipped with everything you need for enjoying a home cooked meal or barbecue. Laura is a perfect host, very helpful, super friendly and an inspiring personality. I can fully recommend this accommodation. Thank you, Laura!
The accomodation is modern, stylish and thoughful and it has really incredible views. We stayed in both the small and very large apartments. The smaller is perfect, if you plan to be out and about alot as it is cosy and has a lovely outside seating area. The large apartment is very spacious with three large bedrooms and is beautifully appointed. The best thing however, about Areias da Prainha, is the owner Laura. She is extremely hospitable and helped us whenever we needed it. If you go to Pico (and you should), then you should stay here :)
