Horrific experience in this apartment. Please stay away! The landlord is only after your money. Makes false promises to get you to move in! Said the apartment was fully furnished as I was a student moving in with nothing, and he was well aware of this. The bed had no sheets, covers, towels, blankets, or pillows. The apartment smelled of sewage, and it was coming from the pipes in the bathroom sink. I told him about the issue many times, and he never fixed it for the 5 months I was there. I could not wash my hands in the sink and had to use the kitchen sink to brush teeth, gross. In addition, there were mice. And for 3 weeks, an alarm was broken in the apartment building, and it would beep every minute for three weeks loud. I told him about it many times, and it took 3 weeks to fix a simple issue. The beeping was so loud and bad even mail people and food delivery people made comments on how I could live like that. On top of this, he stole my deposit. Trust, I didn't do anything to the apartment; I was scared to touch anything. Everything in that apartment is hanging on by a thread, looks nice from pictures but that's it. STAY AWAY.

This landlord is evil!! He told my niece he already rented out her apartment then refused to give her back her deposit because she left before the month ended. It is illegal to charge someone full month’s rent and rent it out to someone else. He completely used and scammed my niece to make extra profit off her. Plus, he knew my niece got robbed before all this and had no money. She was counting on the getting the deposit money back for food and water to make her travels back. He didn’t have the decency to tell her he wasn’t giving it back to her. Just showed up super later to collect the keys and said sorry no deposit for you. She almost missed her flight waiting for him. On top of this, the apartment was in no living condition. RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS EVIL PERSON OR HE JUST SCREW YOU OVER TOO! NEGATIVE 10 STARS!

The worst experience i’ve ever had. I wish i could give this place a 0. The owner wasn’t responding to any of my messages and did not help me about the incidents happened in the apartment. First of all there was a beep voice constantly for months. Then sink got broken it was smelling HORRIBLE whenever i use the sink in the bathroom and I had to use the sink in the kitchen to wash my hands after toilet it was disgusting. He didnt help me with any of this for months. Not recommended at all!
