Very comfortable beds, excellent water pressure for great showers, A/C worked very well. Great food and an excellent breakfast! The bar and small pool on the roof was a great place to hang out and look over the beach. The staff was SO helpful and accommodating. Couldn't really ask for more for the price. We would love to stay here again. Thank you so much for having us!
Very nice hotel and the rooms have a fantastic view over the ocean. Good service and very nice breakfast. Location in front of cobacabana beach is fantastic but the area around the hotel is dirty and seems unsafe. I would not leave the hotel after dark without taking a taxi or Uber
My girlfriend (Sarah Johnson) booked two nights at this hotel for my birthday. After confirming the reservation, she realized the dates were off by one day. She called within 5 minutes of making the reservation to modify it to the correct dates. After multiple phone calls to the hotel and booking.com, the hotel stated they would not allow a modification. It was a human error and we tried to fix it immediately. Refusing to move the reservation one day and keeping $350USD is criminal. I would not recommend this place at all. This was an awful way to treat potential customers.
