We are come from Turkey to travel st. Petersburg . And we stay that hotel. Everthing is very good but Ksenia is the best . Very kind to us. We loved him so much. We thank her very much. Thank you Ksenia 🙏🙏🙏
Overall, it was a wonderful stay in St. Petersburg in 2023. The room was a bit small and slightly humid, but manageable. Service was standard and met expectations. The location was excellent, close to a mall with a wide variety of lunch options.
An excellent hotel. I took a night flight and arrived at 4am but reception was very accommodating (even at that time). Rooms are comfortable with good beds, linen and pillows. My bathroom was spacious and clean with underfloor heating. I didn't try the spa but breakfast in the restaurant was good and concierge was really helpful. A very good 'boutique' hotel!!
