Ares ApartHotel

An amazing stay. The apartment was clean, modern and well equipped. The location made it easy to get to the mall and supermarkets. The free parking was nice and very secure as it was in an underground remote controlled parking garage. Loved it ! Do not hesitate to book it!

Both me and my girlfriend loved our stay here. The self check-in/out is easy, the fact that you can park in an underground garage is great. The place was very clean and thoughtfully furnished

Mis-advertised facilities. Terrible customer service. Lack of transparency. We booked for our family of 7, including young children and were assigned two rooms. This is expected and fine. However, they were in seperate buildings! The response when we challenged this was "lots of families actually want to stay seperately, sometimes in other parts of town"! As if I would want to be separated from my children on holiday. Refused a cancellation or refund, and we've even been 'reported' for non-attendance even though we cancelled. The original confirmation email described "the" building rather than being clear there were seperate addresses/multiple buildings. We had to book alternative accomodation, at short notice, and the whole experience added unnecessary stress to the end of our family holiday, not to mention £100s lost through refusal to accept responsibility for not being able to appropriately accomodate our family.
