Argentario Lagoon Resort & Spa

One of the nicest experiences I have had in the area. The staff was incredibly welcoming, they picked us up at the station and helped us get to and from the golf course for a round there. Great place to stop before an island trip or just to visit Argentario. I will be coming back for sure

I was confronted by the staff, sworn at for not moving my car out of the way. He expected me to reverse back a narrow pathway we he has space to allow me to pass just a few feet away. • The aircon is terrible. • Swimming pool was out of use with no prior information about this. • Breakfast is bad. Food was clearly not fresh, we were worried about getting food poisoning. How can you mess up a simple continental breakfast? • Beds are uncomfortable. • The room is sound insulation is very poor so I could hear a child crying all night. • No laundry bag or laundry service available. None of the amenities and services match a 5 star hotel. Charging more than €200 for this per night is a joke. Not even complimentary water considering they are also in the middle of nowhere without shops nearby! Have not enjoyed this experience one bit and staff are reluctant to do anything about improving the experience.

Checked in to this hotel yesterday that suppose to be a 5 stars hotel. However: - WiFi bad - service bad - Ac is bad - there is no vanity kit - breakfast included but ( fruits was off, and very basic continental style like a 2 star hotels, the milk and yogurt wasn’t fresh) - no refill waters for the second night - bed is uncomfortable - the pool was out of order but never let clients know - complained these issue but never been address, even though they said differnt thing to Expedia Happy to stay in this place if I paid for 2,3 stars hotel but I’m sorry you shouldn’t listed yourself as a five stars hotel. Sounds like a first world problem but please improve your services as it shocking the quality of the breakfast
