The hotel was amazing! The food was so good, the rooms also and everything else. Giada and Elena were amazing, they were so kind and helpful. We had an wonderful experience!
A very beautiful hotel with extremely good service. I want to express my personal thanks to Marinda Elena Giada. We had a problem with check-in and the problem was with the company we traveled with, not the hotel. However, the receptionist took the problem to heart and did her best to make things right, I can't say the same for our tour guide. We are fascinated by the staff and their attitude. thanks
The place is nice. Most people don’t speak English which is typical for Italy I guess. The rooms are okay - spacious and have a porch/terrace. The restaurant is so so, there’s no much diversity in the offerings and the cooked meals are very few. I personally am not very present food wise so I always found something to my liking.
