Aria Grand Hotel & Spa

We are near the end of our 5 night stay at the Aria Grand. We stayed here 2 years ago also and it has not disappointed. The room is exceptional, spacious and clean and serviced daily. Breakfast buffet is amazing with heaps of selection. Location is superb with beach, restaurants everything easy walk. Lovely small roof top pool. The staff are all incredible and best of all look like they enjoy their job and they all work incredibly hard. Thanks for making our stay so wonderful. We will be back.

We stayed here 2 nights. 31 july till 2 august 2025. From the moment we step in we feel the warm welcome of all staff members. During are whole stay we enjoyed the super friendly staff. The rooms where good and the beds and shower to. The hotel is just a short walk to beach. Many restaurants and coffeeshops nearby. The pool is nice for a refreshing swimm. The breakfast has many choice and taste is good. Thanks again to all staff make our stay so good. Go on like this. Sure we will come back. Mister André (Ha Lan).

1. CHECK-IN/OUT PROCESS & RECEPTIONIST We were attended by Ba Thien. He is very professional and informative and efficient. He briefed us all the must-know before handing over the room key. His service was beyond exceptional as this is often missed by many hotel front liners. 2. BREAKFAST BUFFET We stayed 4D3N. Same menu each morning and there wasn't variety. The experience became worst when we noticed random guest (multiple times) used their hand to pick the salads and some food served from buffet line. This is not hotel fault, perhaps the hotel can put on a buffet etiquette notice for all the guest. Also, the F&B staffs needs some training on serving and utensils prep. I noticed dust on the coffee mug tray at the edges. This is basic hygiene. We lost appetite to eat on the third day 😕 3. ROOM LAYOUT & AMENITIES, CLEANLINESS Our room is the one with bathtub and balcony. The room was spacious, clean & perfect! Room cleaning service did a good job too! I would come back to Aria Grand again if there's improvement in their food menu and dining experience (I hope not see any bad reviews after mine) Another reason is their staff friendliness. Everyone was approachable and had a smile on their face no matter how their day is/was! All the best Aria Grand!!!!
