Some of the rooms were having plumbing problems so we got a free upgrade. Really friendly staff and very comfortable rooms. 10/10 would stay again.
If I could give 0 stars........ access when we arrived was terrible. We had booked two x 2 bed apartments and spent more then an hour trying to get through to someone to check in. Both apartments extremely dirty, one had broken glass on balcony. One apartment the tv didn’t work and in the other the heater wasn’t working for a stay in winter. Staff extremely unhelpful would not recommend at all
Apartment was absolutely disgusting. Cleaner didn’t bother to clean the toilet before hand. There were stains on the floor, broken glass outside, cigarette butts everywhere... this wasn’t even the start. Had to wait an 1.5hours to check in. Poor communication between staff. Poor communication towards guest. Horrible experience and won’t go back ever again. Very disappointed
