Aria Hotel Prague

Staying at the Aria Hotel was an absolute dream. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, cared for, and genuinely looked after. This hotel gets everything right—impeccable service, stunning design, and thoughtful touches throughout. The room was spotless and beautifully appointed, with luxurious linens and a comfortable bed that felt like sinking into a cloud after a long day of exploring Prague. Every detail felt curated with care—from the music-themed decor to the little comforts that made the room feel more like a sanctuary than just a place to sleep. What really stood out, though, was the service. Warm, gracious, never overbearing—just the perfect balance. I felt like a valued guest, not just another booking. The staff went out of their way to ensure I had what I needed, and they did so with genuine smiles and kindness. The location is also unbeatable—tucked away just enough to feel peaceful, but steps from the heart of the city. I loved the serene rooftop terrace and the lovely garden, which felt like a hidden escape in the middle of Prague. After a less-than-stellar experience at another hotel nearby, the Aria reminded me what true hospitality feels like. I would return in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone who values comfort, elegance, and heart in their travel experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Aria Hotel Prague. The location is absolutely amazing—right in the heart of the city, yet peaceful and charming. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was perfect—great variety, fresh ingredients, and a lovely setting to start the day. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Prague!

We went there to enjoy a nice dinner with stunning views over the roofs of Prague. Food style is what I would call "nouvelle cuisine francaise" which is focusing on high quality food and ingredients. For my wife and myself it was disappointing. The roof terrace was closed due to a heavy thunderstorm. Nothing the hotel can influence. The food was good, full stop. Any special request - can I please have a plain tenderloin steak fot example or other simple requests- were NOT possible. It is the kind of kitchen where the chef decides what you will eat and customer requests for individual wishes are not possible. This might be great for some people as the chef certainly has spent time and effort to combine ingredients and tastes but for us that does not work and we did not enjoy it. We would like to choose our food so maybe we should jot have gone there. Service was perceived as arrogant and bossy. The best part was that the tip of 10%, which was automatically added on the bill. Positive news is that the waiter told us that it can be removed if we wish to do so. It leaves a bit of a bitter taste but again this is a personal perception which other guests might not mind. For us it was a unique experience- in the sense that we will not go back. We did not enjoy this dinner. We cannot comment on the rooms or other parts of the hotel.
