We visited this place expecting a good family meal but left extremely frustrated. First, they added a service charge to the bill without asking. When I politely requested to remove it, the staff was completely unaccommodating and refused outright. To make matters worse, they claimed there was a “free playing area for kids” — but in reality, it was anything but free. They were charging a shocking ₹500 per child per hour, which is absurdly overpriced and completely misleading. Overall, the attitude was unfriendly, the policies were deceptive, and the experience left a bad taste — and not because of the food.
